Smart Bran Cereal with Chia Seed Pudding and Sliced Banana.

Chia Seed Pudding:
2 Tbs Chia Seeds
1/2 Cup Milk
Soak the seeds in the milk overnight. In the morning the mixture will have thickened into a yogurt-like consistence. Eat on top of cereal or with a bowl of fruit or with both.

Oatmeal Breakfast Bake.
Topped with Warm, Chopped Apple and Peanut Butter.

I followed this recipe exactly except I cooked mine in the microwave for a minute and a half.

Pumpkin Pudding with Raw Oats, Smart Bran, and Mixed Nut Butter.

Pumpkin Pudding:
1/2 cup Pumpkin
1/2 Banana, Mashed
2 tbs plain Greek Yogurt (all that I had left)
1 tbs Peanut Flour
1 tsp Chia Seeds

Put in refrigerator overnight. In the morning, top with something crunchy (cereal, granola, pretzels...) and a dollop of nut butter.

French TOats:
Maple Instant Oatmeal with a Whole Egg cooked in and Sliced Banana on top.
Adding an egg really bulks up the oats, adds a delicious rich flavor, and souffle-like texture.

A Bowl of Plain Greek Yogurt Hiding Under
1/2 a Sliced Banana
1/2 cup of Pumpkin
1/3 cup of Raw Oats
5 Nut Clusters
A Sprinkle of Cinnamon

D'oat Pumpkin Smoothie in a Bowl.
(Doughy Oat Smoothie)

Overnitgh Oats made with:
1/3 cup Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Pumpkin
2tbs Oats

In the Morning add Overnight Oats to Blender with:
2tbs Peanut Flour
1/2 Banana
~1/4 cup Milk

Blend, Pour into a Bowl, and top with Maple Pecan Butter.

Peach Raspberry Smoothie with Cereal on top.

1/2 Banana
1/3 cup Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Frozen Peaches
1/4 cup Frozen Raspberry
1/3 cup orange juice
2 tbs Peanut Flour

Smoothie:
1/2 Banana
1/2 cup Pumpkin
1/2 cup Plain Yogurt
2 tbs Peanut Flour
1 tbs Chia Seeds
1/4 cup Milk

Orange Raspberry Smoothie Topped with a Handful of Cereal.

1/2 Banana
1 Whole Orange (peeled)
1/3 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1/3 cup Raspberry Kefir
1 Tbs Chia Seeds

Pumpkin Peanut Oat Smoothie:
(so think it needed to be eaten with a spoon)
1/4 cup oats
1 tsp Chia Seeds
2 tbs Peanut Flour
1/2 Banana
1/2 cup Milk
2/3 cup Pumpkin
1/3 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

Blend everything together, pour into a bowl and eat.
After I took the picture I added some crushed pretzels, but cereal or granola would be good too!

Pumpkin Peanut Smoothie!

1/2 Banana
2/3 cup Pumpkin
1/3 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Milk
2 Tbs. Peanut Flour
A few Shakes of Cinnamon

Blend all ingredients together. Pour into a bowl (or glass). Top with cereal and happily consume.
