I followed this recipe exactly except I cooked mine in the microwave for a minute and a half.

Pumpkin Pudding:
1/2 cup Pumpkin
1/2 Banana, Mashed
2 tbs plain Greek Yogurt (all that I had left)
1 tbs Peanut Flour
1 tsp Chia Seeds
Put in refrigerator overnight. In the morning, top with something crunchy (cereal, granola, pretzels...) and a dollop of nut butter.

(Doughy Oat Smoothie)
Overnitgh Oats made with:
1/3 cup Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Pumpkin
2tbs Oats
In the Morning add Overnight Oats to Blender with:
2tbs Peanut Flour
1/2 Banana
~1/4 cup Milk
Blend, Pour into a Bowl, and top with Maple Pecan Butter.

Pumpkin Peanut Oat Smoothie:
(so think it needed to be eaten with a spoon)
1/4 cup oats
1 tsp Chia Seeds
2 tbs Peanut Flour
1/2 Banana
1/2 cup Milk
2/3 cup Pumpkin
1/3 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
Blend everything together, pour into a bowl and eat.
After I took the picture I added some crushed pretzels, but cereal or granola would be good too!
