Oatless Oatmeal

Yet another breakfast creation I have seen floating around the blog world that I just had to try.

Oatless Oatmeal topped with Strawberries, Peanut Butter and a tiny bit of Maple Syrup.

Oatless Oatmeal:
1/4 cup milk
3 egg whites
2 Tbs Ground Flaxseed
1 Banana (mashed)
1 tps Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Whisk together eggs and milk. Then whisk in flaxseed, banana, cinnamon and vanilla. Pour into pot and cook over medium-low heat. Stir continuously until the mixture has thickened and become an oatmeal consistency. 

This turned out much tastier than I had expected and I will difinetly be making this again!

Peanut Flour Pancakes with Yogurt, Banana, and Strawberry Jam.

Toasted Baguette with Peanut Flour mixed with mashed Banana, Chocolate Peanut Butter and Raspberry Apricot Jam.

D'oat Pumpkin Smoothie in a Bowl.
(Doughy Oat Smoothie)

Overnitgh Oats made with:
1/3 cup Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Pumpkin
2tbs Oats

In the Morning add Overnight Oats to Blender with:
2tbs Peanut Flour
1/2 Banana
~1/4 cup Milk

Blend, Pour into a Bowl, and top with Maple Pecan Butter.

Peach Raspberry Smoothie with Cereal on top.

1/2 Banana
1/3 cup Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Frozen Peaches
1/4 cup Frozen Raspberry
1/3 cup orange juice
2 tbs Peanut Flour

Pumpkin Smoothie in a Bowl with Cereal.

Smoothie:
1/2 Banana
1/2 cup Pumpkin
1/2 cup Plain Yogurt
2 tbs Peanut Flour
1 tbs Chia Seeds
1/4 cup Milk

Pumpkin Peanut Smoothie!

1/2 Banana
2/3 cup Pumpkin
1/3 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Milk
2 Tbs. Peanut Flour
A few Shakes of Cinnamon

Blend all ingredients together. Pour into a bowl (or glass). Top with cereal and happily consume.
