Pumpkin Pudding with Raw Oats, Smart Bran, and Mixed Nut Butter.

Pumpkin Pudding:
1/2 cup Pumpkin
1/2 Banana, Mashed
2 tbs plain Greek Yogurt (all that I had left)
1 tbs Peanut Flour
1 tsp Chia Seeds

Put in refrigerator overnight. In the morning, top with something crunchy (cereal, granola, pretzels...) and a dollop of nut butter.
