Pumpkin Dough Smoothie

Pumpkin, Banana, Oats, and Oat milk soaked overnight and blended in the morning to create a thick a delicious smoothie.

Wednesday, August 22

Overnight Oat Smoothie

Overnight Strawberry Banan Oats blended together in the morning.
Topped with Homemade Maple Pecan Butter. 

Overnight Oats:
1/4 cup oats
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1 banana
~1/2 cup straweberries

Stir together ingredients and place in the fridge overnight. In the morning add mixture to a blender and puree. Enjoy your thick and delicious smoothie with a spoon.

Smoothie in a Bowl.
Coffee with Foamy Milk.
Whistle for Peace.

Smoothie:
1 Banana
1 cup Pineapple
1 cup Blueberry Banana Yogurt
1/2 cup Frozen Kale
2 Tbs Oats 

Mix the night before and blend in the morning.

Apple Pie Smoothie.
Coffee with Foamy Milk.

Smoothie:
1/2 cup homemade apples sauce
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/4 cup milk
~3tbs oats (for thickness)
1 tbs peanut butter

Kale Smoothie

Kale Berry Smoothie with Granola and Chocolate Almond Butter.
Cafe au Lait.

Smoothie:
1 container Skyr Strawberry Yogurt (or greek yogurt)
1-2 Handfuls of Kale
~1/2 cup Frozen Berries
A Splash of Milk

Blend it all together, put it in a bowl and eat it with a spoon.

I was not sure exactly what I wanted for breakfast but I knew all of the flavors I wanted it to have.
So I combines all the things I wanted a came out with this-

2 Weetabix one spread with Chocolate Almond Butter and the other with Peanut Butter sitting in a pool of Pumpkin, Banana, Vanilla Yogurt Smoothie.

1 cup Strawberries
1 Frozen Banana
1-2 Handfuls of Kale

Smoothie:
1 serving cooked oatmeal
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 banana
1 peach

Stone Ground Wheat Crackers with Almond Butter and Jam.

Smoothie:
1 container of Pineapple Greek Yogurt
1/3 cup Plain Greek Yogurt 
1 Whole Orange

Overnight Oat Smoothie:
1/3 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1/3 cup Oats 
4 Strawberries
1/2 a Peach
1/2 Banana 
2 tbs Peanut Flour
1/2 tbs Chia Seeds

Mixed together last night and blended this morning. 
Topped with Kashi Heart to Heat cereal.

(Doughy Oat Smoothie)

Overnitgh Oats made with:
1/3 cup Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Pumpkin
2tbs Oats

In the Morning add Overnight Oats to Blender with:
2tbs Peanut Flour
1/2 Banana
~1/4 cup Milk

Blend, Pour into a Bowl, and top with Maple Pecan Butter.
