Overnight Cereal

Overnight Oats Cereal with Almond Butter.
Mashed banana and pumpkin together and mixed it with a little almond milk, stirred in some cereal and let it sit in the refrigeration over night.

Overnight Oat Smoothie

Overnight Strawberry Banan Oats blended together in the morning.
Topped with Homemade Maple Pecan Butter. 

Overnight Oats:
1/4 cup oats
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1 banana
~1/2 cup straweberries

Stir together ingredients and place in the fridge overnight. In the morning add mixture to a blender and puree. Enjoy your thick and delicious smoothie with a spoon.

Pumpkin Maple Nut Oats

Overnight Oats with Maple Almond Butter.
Black Coffee.

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup oats (or 1 packet maple nut oats) 
1 tbs chia seeds

Mix all together and refrigerate overnight.

Pear Banana Overnight Oats in an Almond Butter Jar.
Coffee.

1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1/3 cup Oats
Pinch of salt
Pinch of Cinnamon
1 small Banana
1 small Pear
Mix it all together in an almost empty nut butter jar and let it sit overnight.
Enjoy the following morning.

Jamie Oliver's Muesli Recipe with Plain Greek Yogurt, Banana, and Maple Pecan Butter.

Yesterday I combined and refrigerated (for 2 servings):
2/3 cup Oats 
1 Tbs Oat Bran
1Tbs Pecans
1/4 cup Kashi Heart to Heart
1 Apple, Grated 
1 cup Milk
This morning I topped half of this mix with plain greek yogurt, 1/2 a banana, and maple pecan butter.

Smoothie

Overnight Oat Smoothie:
1/3 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1/3 cup Oats 
4 Strawberries
1/2 a Peach
1/2 Banana 
2 tbs Peanut Flour
1/2 tbs Chia Seeds

Mixed together last night and blended this morning. 
Topped with Kashi Heart to Heat cereal.

A Sweet and Crisp Apple with Overnight Oats and Peanut Butter.

Overnight Oats:
1/3 cup oatmeeal
1/3 cup plain greek yougurt
1/4 cup milk
