A Chopped Apple with Milky Overnight Oats and Crunchy Peanut Butter on top.

Overnight Oats:
1/3 cup Oatmeal
1/3 cup of Milk
~1/6 cup of water
1tsp Chia Seeds

Mix and refrigerate overnight. The oats will be soft and delicious in the morning.

Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Sauteed Kale and a Fried Egg. 
So... this was actually my Dinner from a few nights ago but it would have made a delicious breakfast! 
And it looks much more tasty than the photo of my real breakfast which consisted of:
A chopped Apple with Plain Greek Yogurt, Cereal and Almonds on top.

Overnight Oat Smoothie with Peanut Butter and Banana. 
It tasted like Oatmeal Cookie Dough!
Last night I combined:
1/3 cup oats
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup Greek Yogurt
1/2 Tbs Chia Seeds 
1/2 Banana 

This morning I blended it, topped it with the other half of the Banana and Peanut Butter and a sprinkle of Cinnamon.

Peanut Butter and Strawberry Jam on an English Muffin to-go. 
Coffee.

Peanut Flour Pancakes with Banana and Justin's Chocolate Hazelnut Butter.

Pancakes:
1/4 cup peanut Flour
1/2 Banana, mashed
1 egg
Combine all ingredients, cook, and eat!

Monday, April 4

Smart Bran Cereal with Chia Seed Pudding and Sliced Banana.

Chia Seed Pudding:
2 Tbs Chia Seeds
1/2 Cup Milk
Soak the seeds in the milk overnight. In the morning the mixture will have thickened into a yogurt-like consistence. Eat on top of cereal or with a bowl of fruit or with both.

I followed this recipe exactly except I cooked mine in the microwave for a minute and a half.
