Jamie Oliver's Muesli Recipe with Plain Greek Yogurt, Banana, and Maple Pecan Butter.

Yesterday I combined and refrigerated (for 2 servings):
2/3 cup Oats 
1 Tbs Oat Bran
1Tbs Pecans
1/4 cup Kashi Heart to Heart
1 Apple, Grated 
1 cup Milk
This morning I topped half of this mix with plain greek yogurt, 1/2 a banana, and maple pecan butter.

Layers of Banana, Pumpkin, and Greek Yogurt
Topped with Crushed Chocolate Almonds.
Coffee.

Crumpet French Toast with Banana and Maple Pecan Butter.
Strawberries on the side.

Strawberries with Lemon Cream

Crumpet French Toast with Strawberries, Lemon Yogurt, and Homemade Maple Pecan Butter.

Thursday, June 2

Banana Scramble with Plain Greek Yogurt, Strawberries, and a Drizzle of Peanut Butter.

Banana Scramble:
1/2 Banana
1 Tbs Almond Butter
2 Tbs Oats 
Mash together and cook over medium heat until it is warm and caramalized.


Wednesday, June 1

Smoothie

Overnight Oat Smoothie:
1/3 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1/3 cup Oats 
4 Strawberries
1/2 a Peach
1/2 Banana 
2 tbs Peanut Flour
1/2 tbs Chia Seeds

Mixed together last night and blended this morning. 
Topped with Kashi Heart to Heat cereal.
