Oatmeal Sunrise

 Pan Fried Oatmeal with Banana and Vanilla Yogurt. 
Coffee.

I cooked some oatmeal with half a banana and flaxseed last night. I let it cool in the fridge overnight and this morning I sliced it and re-heated it in a pan. Turned out pretty well.

Worlds Best Pancakes

Pancakes with Blueberry Maple Sryup.
I used this recipe to make pancakes that tastes just like I remember from when I was a kid. Soft and Fluffy!
I just wish I had some rainbow sugar crystals to sprinkle on top :)

FIka

I meet up with some friends for Fika at 10:30. I wasn't in the mood for a sweet pastry, I wanted more sustanance so I went with this Tomato and Vegetable Soup. Excellent choice. 
The Soup came with a basket of Bread and Cheese, as well as Juice and Endless Coffee.

Waffle-ized Pizza Dough topped with a Grated Apple and Peanut Butter. More apple on the side and a cup of Coffee.

Muesli in a Jar

A grated Apple, Muesli, Strawberry Passion Yogurt and Ground Flaxseeds mixed together and put in a nearly empty Almond Butter Jar and left in the fridge overnight.
Coffee.

Soggy Cereal

Pumpkin Banana Bread in a Bowl:
Warm Pumpkin (or Butternut Squash for me) and half a Banana mashed in a pot. Then add soggy Cereal that has been soaking in Milk to the pot and mix everything together and heat through. Pour into a bowl and top with Nut Butter.

Dead Battery

My camera battery died right after I took this photo of just part of my breakfast.
The rest of my breakfast consisted of:
Oatmeal which I cooked in "Cloudy Apple Juice" otherwise known as Apple Cider. I threw in some Raisins and Flaxseed and topped it all off with a dollop of Peanut Butter.

Variations on a theme

Apple Bread Bowl.
Warm Oat Milk with a Grated Apple, 2 Slices of my Homemade Bread Toasted and torn into pieces, Flaxseed, Cinnamon and Raisins. 

I love fall flavors!

Bread Pudding

Yesterday I baked a Loaf of Bread. 
Today I made Bread Pudding with my Bread and topped it with Peanut Butter and Raisin. 

Bread Pudding:
2 Slices of Bread (stale or toasted)
1 egg
Splash of Milk
Cinnamon
Vanilla
Additions: Fruit (fresh or dried), chocolate chips, nuts...

Mix together the egg, milk, cinnamon and vanilla. Tear bread into chunks and put in a greased ramekin. Pour egg mixture over top and stir so bread is evenly coated. Bake at 375 for about 20 mins.

Hot Cereal

Pumpkin Banana Bread in a Bowl

1 cup of Cereal (I used Cornflakes)
 Milk to cover Cereal (I used oat milk)
1/2 cup Squash or Pumpkin
1/2 Banana
Cinnamon
Vanilla

Pour cereal and milk into a bowl and let the cereal become soggy. Meanwhile warm the banana in a pot until it becomes soft a sweet. Add the squash, cinnamon and vanilla to the banana and mix well. Once the mixture is warm add the cereal and milk to the pot, mix well and bring to a low boil. Pour into a bowl and eat.

Breakfast in Karlskrona

 The Swedish Breakfast Spread consisted of Eggs, Toast, Buns, Sliced Peppers, Tomatoes, Cheese, Butter, Ham, Cereal, Yogurt, Juice and of course Coffee.
I had a soft boiled egg with toast, tomatoes and green peppers and a bowl of cinnamon cereal with yogurt. Coffee and fresh squeezed pear and apple juice.

First Class

Breakfast in First Class on the Train to Karlskrona:
Ham (which I gave to Linnea) Cheese and Veggies with really good Bread, organic Butter, a Yogurt Drink, Orange Juice and Coffee.
