Pancakes with Blueberry Maple Sryup.

I used this recipe to make pancakes that tastes just like I remember from when I was a kid. Soft and Fluffy!

I just wish I had some rainbow sugar crystals to sprinkle on top :)

Wow, do these pancakes look yummy. Maybe I'll make some tomorrow for a special treat. Today I'm having oatmeal, my "healthy eating" you know! Maybe "Oatmeal Pancakes" would be good. The possibilities are endless. ;-)

PS: I'll try and find you some "rainbow sugar crystals" I'm not sure what they are?
