Bread Pudding

Yesterday I baked a Loaf of Bread. 
Today I made Bread Pudding with my Bread and topped it with Peanut Butter and Raisin. 

Bread Pudding:
2 Slices of Bread (stale or toasted)
1 egg
Splash of Milk
Cinnamon
Vanilla
Additions: Fruit (fresh or dried), chocolate chips, nuts...

Mix together the egg, milk, cinnamon and vanilla. Tear bread into chunks and put in a greased ramekin. Pour egg mixture over top and stir so bread is evenly coated. Bake at 375 for about 20 mins.
