Pumpkin Æbleskivers (danish pancakes) filled with Apple.

 æbleskiver are Danish pancakes with a distinctive spherical shape. I just used regular pancake batter in this æbleskiver pan and stuffed each with a little slice of banana.

Zucchini Bread Scones with Cashew Butter with Rainbow Sprinkles.

I made this cashew butter yesterday by just grinding cashews and a splash of vanilla extract in the food processor. It came out tasting just like sugar cookie dough so I added some sprinkles. yum.
