2 Chocolate Vitatops filled with Pumpkin Yogurt (greek yogurt mixed with pumpkin puree) and topped with Peanut Butter.

Oatmeal Pancake topped with Banana, Raspberries and a Drizzle of Maple Syrup. Coffee.

Pancake:
1/4 Cup Oatmeal
1/2 Mashed Banana
1 Egg white
Splash of Vanilla

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Let sit for a few minutes to allow oats to soften. Cook on the stove top until lightly browned on both sides. Top with favorite fruit and Enjoy.
