Porridge

Steel-cut Oats, Quinoa, Amaranth Pumpkin Banana Porridge topped with Sesame Seed Almonds. 

Porridge (serves 2):
1/4 cup Steel-cut Oats
1/8 cup Quinoa 
1/8 cup Amaranth 
3/4 cup Almond Milk
3/4 cup Water 
1/2 cup Pumpkin
1 banana
a splash of Vanilla Extract 
Pumpkin Spice 

Combine grains, vanilla, water and almond milk in a small pot. Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat to medium low and allow to simmer for about 20 mins. Once most of the liquid has been absorbed add the banana, pumpkin, and spices. Wisk until well combined and banana has melted into the porridge.
