Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal Cake with Peanut Butter Frosting.

Recipe:
1/4 cup Rolled Oats (ground into flour)
1 Tbs Rolled Oats 
2 tsp Chia Seeds
1/4 tsp Baking Powder 
Cinnamon and Nutmeg
1 Tbsp Ground Flax
2 1/2 Tbs Warm Water
 1/4 cup Applesauce 
2 Tbs Almond Milk
1/2 -1 tsp Vanilla Extract 

Make flax "egg" by mixing warm water and ground flax. Set aside for 3 minutes. Add applesauce, milk, and vanilla to flax. In a separate bowl mix together dry ingredients (oat flour, oats, spices, baking soda, and chia seeds). Combine wet a dry. (I added 1/2 an apple, chopped). Pour into a ramekin and bake at 350 for 30 mins.
