Pancakes:
1/3 cup Buckwheat Flour
3/4 tsp Baking Powder
Dash or two Cinnamon
Pinch of Sugar
Pinch of Salt
1/2 Banana, mashed
1/4 cup Almond Milk
1/2 tsp Vanilla
Combine dry (flour, baking powder, and spices) in a bowl. Combine the wet (banana, milk, vanilla) in a separate bowl. Add wet to dry. Cooke. Top. Eat.
