Pancakes with Berries and Peanut Butter.
Pancakes for one:
1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 container greek yogurt
1 egg
Beat together egg and yogurt. Stir baking soda into flour. Combine wet and dry ingredients (batter will puff up and become fluffy from the baking soda). Cook in a pan over medium heat. Serve and eat.
