Peach Raspberry Quinoa Bake with Crunchy Peanut Butter and Pineapple Peach Vanilla Yogurt.
Quinoa Bake:
3/4 cup Quinoa
fruit of your choice
1 egg
cinnamon
Vanilla extract
Mix together the quinoa and fruit. In a separate bowl whisk the egg, cinnamon and vanilla together. Pour the egg mixture over the quinoa and stir until well combined. Pour batter into a greased ramekin and bake at 400 for 22-26 mins.
