Rice Chex and Cinnamon Raisin Fiber Cereal with half a Banana, SunButter, and Soy Milk.
Hot Coffee with Steamed Milk.

Monday, August 23

French Toast with a Warm Sliced Peach, Sunflower Butter and Sprinkle of Raisins and Granola.
Hot Coffee.

Scrambled Eggs and Spinach on a Toasted Ciabatta Roll.

Chocolate Dipped Strawberry Oats in a Jar.

Overnight Oats made with Oatmeal, Strawberry Greek Yogurt, and a Splash or two of Milk.
Then Placed in a nearly empty Justin's Chocolate Almond Butter Jar
and topped with a Sliced Strawberry.

I am now back from an amazing four days spent in Martha's Vineyard volunteering at a camp for mentally retarded children and adults. It was a fabulous experience with truly wonderful people.
