Pumpkin Cheesecake:
1/2 cup Plain Yogurt
1 Tbs Apricot Jam
1/4 cup pumpkin
1/3 cup Oats
Chia Seeds
Cinnamon
Mix in a jar and refrigerate over night. Eat in the morning.
