Why decided between pancakes and french toast when you can have both! 

Banana Bread *Pancake* French Toast with Peanut Butter and Banana. 

Rather then dipping the bread in the traditional egg mixture as one normally does when making french toast, I dipped my banana bread into pancake batter!
