Pan-Fried Steel Cut Oat Cake with Sunflower Seed Butter and Banana.

For the Oat Cake-
I cooked up a batch of steel-cut oats the night before and allowed them to cool in the refrigerator over night. In the morning I had a solid oat "cake" which I heated in a pan on the stove.
