Thursday, April 28
A Chopped Apple with Milky Overnight Oats and Crunchy Peanut Butter on top.
Overnight Oats:
1/3 cup Oatmeal
1/3 cup of Milk
~1/6 cup of water
1tsp Chia Seeds
Mix and refrigerate overnight. The oats will be soft and delicious in the morning.
Wednesday, April 27
Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Sauteed Kale and a Fried Egg.
So... this was actually my Dinner from a few nights ago but it would have made a delicious breakfast!
And it looks much more tasty than the photo of my real breakfast which consisted of:
A chopped Apple with Plain Greek Yogurt, Cereal and Almonds on top.

Monday, April 25
Overnight Oat Smoothie with Peanut Butter and Banana.
It tasted like Oatmeal Cookie Dough!
Last night I combined:
1/3 cup oats
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup Greek Yogurt
1/2 Tbs Chia Seeds
1/2 Banana
This morning I blended it, topped it with the other half of the Banana and Peanut Butter and a sprinkle of Cinnamon.

Whipped Banana Oatmeal with Plain Yogurt, Sliced Banana and Peanut Butter.
Saturday, April 23
Peanut Flour Pancakes with Yogurt, Banana, and Strawberry Jam.
Friday, April 22
Banana Orange Smoothie with Cereal and Nuts.
