Overnight Oats: Alpen Muesli, Almond Milk, Apple Sauces, Cinnamon and Nutmeg all combined and left to soak in the fridge overnight.

In the Morning: Topped the Oats with Blueberries and had a Clementine on the side.

Stonyfield Farms Mango Honey Yogurt Parfait with crumbled Weetabix and Blueberries.
Iced Coffee.

Monday, June 28

Crumpet French Toast with Fresh Peaches and Blueberries, a dollop of Pecan Butter and an Iced coffee.

Friday, June 25

English Muffin and scrambled Egg Whites, drizzle of Chocolate Almond Butter and a dollop of Jam (apricot and raspberry).
Iced Coffee.

Wednesday, June 23

Strawberry, Blueberry, Banana Smoothie.
1/2 English Muffin with Homemade Pecan Butter and Apricot Jam.

Yesterday I baked a Beautiful Loaf of Bread!
Garlic, Chard and Parmesan Swirl.
Crisp Crust, Soft and Fluffy Interior, and Chock-full of Flavor.
