Overnight Oats: Alpen Muesli, Almond Milk, Apple Sauces, Cinnamon and Nutmeg all combined and left to soak in the fridge overnight.
In the Morning: Topped the Oats with Blueberries and had a Clementine on the side.

Crumpet French Toast with Fresh Peaches and Blueberries, a dollop of Pecan Butter and an Iced coffee.

English Muffin and scrambled Egg Whites, drizzle of Chocolate Almond Butter and a dollop of Jam (apricot and raspberry). Iced Coffee.
Wednesday, June 23
Strawberry, Blueberry, Banana Smoothie. 1/2 English Muffin with Homemade Pecan Butter and Apricot Jam.
